Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy for patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists. Assist individuals in developing skills necessary for daily living and functioning. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation capable of navigating all weather conditions. Work full-time at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation's largest home-based care providers, fostering a collaborative culture focused on professional growth and exceptional patient care.
Required Qualifications
- currently licensed PTA in the state of employment
- valid state driver's license
- automobile liability insurance
- dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions
- able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions
