Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for home health patients under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists, utilizing modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care for those with physical impairments. Assist individuals in developing skills necessary for daily living and functioning. Requires current state PTA licensure, valid driver's license, and automobile liability insurance. Must possess dependable transportation capable of navigating all weather conditions. Required Qualifications
