Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Home Health

Provide therapy services to patients in assisted living and independent living facilities under the direction of Physical Therapists. Deliver 1:1 patient care and follow clients from start to discharge while collaborating with facility wellness teams to maintain continuity of care. Treat physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independence in daily living. Maintain a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance. Requires current PTA licensure and one year of clinical experience preferred.
