PTA provides therapy under Physical Therapist plan of care for Home Health patients in Los Angeles and Ventura County; conducts treatment per evaluation findings, documents progress and discharge planning, educates patients and families, and supports flexible scheduling with per-visit compensation. Training and shadowing provided; home health experience preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
- California PTA License
