Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA Full Time - SIGN-ON

Conduct physical therapy treatment, provide exercise instruction, and deliver patient education to improve well-being while following the established plan of care. Observe, record, and report patient responses to the supervising PT, nurse supervisor, and physician. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy activities within the scope of practice, including gait training, ADLs, transfers, and prosthetic training. Adhere to state-specific home care laws and make recommendations for plan of care changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Work a weekend rotation in any home situation regardless of client demographics.
