Job Summary
PTA in PA responsible for implementing physical therapy treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist, assisting patients with functional mobility training including transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices, guiding strengthening and balance exercises to improve mobility and stability, observing and documenting patient responses and progress, and communicating treatment goals and progress to patients, families, and caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or certified as a Physical Therapy Assistant in PA
- 1+ year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
