Job Summary
Deliver pediatric physical therapy in home-based settings by supporting treatment plans under the direction of experienced Physical Therapists. Help children build strength, mobility, and confidence while partnering with families to reinforce progress between visits. Provide services within a condensed geographic zone in Spring/Westfield, TX, utilizing a top-tier EHR to streamline documentation. Requires an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy, active state license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
