Job Summary
Provide direct physical therapy support under the supervision of licensed physical therapists in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities. Assist with patient positioning, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises while monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the supervising clinician. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans across multiple settings including CCRCs, assisted living, and outpatient clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Ability to obtain a Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice
