Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or skilled nursing facility setting. Perform daily therapeutic exercises, assist with mobility, and monitor patient progress while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols for geriatric populations. This role offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for career advancement, specialized training, and unlimited continuing education credits.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice
