Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities. Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and execute therapeutic exercises tailored to geriatric populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
