Job Summary
Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) collaborates with the Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans that restore or improve mobility, strength, coordination, and range of motion; selects activities aligned with goals, revises plans with the PT and patient/family, provides ongoing education and discharge instructions, and documents sessions per protocol. Requires adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality, timely attendance, effective communication, and participation in mandatory training; supports professional development and maintains licensure.
