Physical Therapy Assistant - PRN WMCG

Implement the physical therapy treatment plan under the direction of the physical therapist, selecting activities to progress patients toward goals and revising plans in collaboration with the therapist and patient/family. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources while documenting each session per departmental protocols. Adhere to ethical business practices, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow infection prevention precautions. Participate in staff meetings, process improvement activities, and mandatory education to complete core and annual competencies.
