Job Summary
Physical Therapy Assistant PRN role on weekends in acute-care setting at Physicians Regional in Naples, FL. Assists the supervising Physical Therapist by implementing therapeutic interventions targeting posture, balance, locomotion, strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, pain management, and daily functional abilities; documents patient care and progress; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; provides patient education and ensures compliance with infection control and regulatory standards. Requires PTA licensure in Florida, Basic Life Support, and 0-1 years of PT setting experience; shift is PRN on weekends with potential pathway to full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in state of employment required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- 0-1 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or equivalent
- Current state licensure as PTA in Florida
