Job Summary
Perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of a Physical Therapist within a busy Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm to the adult population, adhering to Theracare's core values of integrity, commitment, and ownership. Support the dedicated therapy team with a focus on rehab-to-home transitions and client success. PRN hours are available for flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or eligible for state license
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer active membership with the American Physical Therapy Association
- Prefer minimum one (1) year experience
