Job Summary
Treat referred patients aged 18 and older (including geriatric) undergoing rehabilitation; administer a treatment program with goals set according to patient capacity under the direction of the Physician and Physical Therapist; educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods; role requires current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
