Physical Therapy Assistant - PRN

Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Implement and modify patients' physical therapy plans of care while measuring and recording motor function, strength, and muscle performance. Monitor patient responses to treatment interventions and modify approaches as clinically appropriate in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers, and ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulatory requirements. Respond to service requests by relaying information and referrals to the Physical Therapist. Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.
