Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN provides patient care under the direction of the Physician and Physical Therapist for patients 18 and older, including geriatric populations, in inpatient rehabilitation. Administers treatment programs with goals aligned to patient capacity and tolerance, and educates patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Requires current state PTA licensure and BLS certification. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is desired. Demonstrates strong communication, organization, time management, prioritization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail in a supportive, collaborative environment at Johnson County Rehabilitation.
