Job Summary
Provide rehabilitation therapy procedures to patients under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist. Assist with patient and caregiver education. This part-time role requires a Michigan-licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, a driver's license, and current Basic Life Support certification. Schedule includes 4 hours daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, at Pennock Hospital in Hastings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree accredited physical therapy assistant program
- LIC-Physical Therapist Assistant - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire
- MMR vaccine
- Varicella vaccine
- Tdap vaccine
- Influenza vaccine
