Physical Therapy Assistant - PRN

Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Implement and modify patients' physical therapy plans of care while measuring and recording motor function, strength, and muscle performance. Monitor patient response to interventions, modify approaches as clinically appropriate, and provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Ensure thorough documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulatory requirements. Respond to service requests by relaying information and referrals to the Physical Therapist and attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.
