Job Summary
Prepare patients and equipment for treatment while assisting the Physical Therapist with selected procedures. Maintain the patient treatment schedule, confer with care managers on progress and modifications, and aid in patient safety. Check patients and equipment during treatment for comfort and safety, then perform housekeeping duties to maintain facility cleanliness. Attend required facility meetings and complete other assigned tasks. Requires an associate degree in physical therapy or accredited PT Assistant program, two years of facility experience preferred, and current CPR certification.
