Physical Therapy Assistant - Physical Therapy (Elk Ridge)

Physical Therapy Assistant needed to deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, primarily serving the Williams clinic with occasional opportunities at the Grand Canyon location. Responsibilities include identifying patient care needs, conducting interviews and exams, providing therapeutic procedures (manual techniques, exercises, functional activities, and use of supportive devices), educating patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs, implementing individualized patient management plans, and monitoring therapy outcomes to support quality care. Qualifications include an active Arizona license or the ability to obtain one.
