Physical Therapy Assistant

Assist Physical Therapist with selected procedures, prepare patients and equipment for treatment, and maintain a patient treatment schedule. Confer with facility management about patient needs, treatment modifications, and progress; aid in patient care and safety; check patient and equipment during treatments; perform housekeeping to maintain facility order and cleanliness; attend facility meetings; and perform other duties as assigned. Requires an associate degree in physical therapy or PTA program completion and CPR certification; 2 years of relevant experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
