Physical Therapy Assistant

Prepare patients and equipment for treatment while assisting the Physical Therapist with selected procedures. Maintain the patient treatment schedule, confer with management on treatment modifications and progress, and aid in patient care and safety. Check patients and equipment during treatment for comfort and safety, and perform housekeeping duties to maintain facility cleanliness. Attend facility meetings as required and complete other assigned duties. This role requires an associate degree in physical therapy or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, along with at least two years of experience in a physical therapy facility, nursing home, or rehabilitation agency.
