Physical Therapy Assistant

Prepare patients and equipment for treatment while assisting the Physical Therapist with selected procedures. Maintain the patient treatment schedule consistent with facility needs and confer with active management staff regarding treatment modifications and progress. Aid in patient care and safety by checking comfort levels during treatment, and perform housekeeping duties to maintain order and cleanliness throughout the facility. Attend facility meetings as required and complete other duties as assigned. This role requires an Associate degree in physical therapy or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy facility, nursing home, or rehabilitation agency.
