Job Summary
Prepare patients and equipment for treatment while assisting the Physical Therapist with selected procedures. Maintain the patient treatment schedule and confer with active management to inform them of treatment modifications and progress. Aid in patient care and safety by checking patients and equipment during treatment for comfort. Prepare equipment as requested and perform housekeeping duties to maintain facility order and cleanliness. Attend facility meetings as required. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in physical therapy
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current CPR Certificate
- Dexterous
- Able to stand for extended periods
