Physical Therapy Assistant

Prepare patients and equipment for treatment while assisting the Physical Therapist with selected procedures. Maintain the patient treatment schedule consistent with facility needs and confer with active patient managers regarding treatment modifications and progress. Aid in patient care and safety by checking patients and equipment during treatment for comfort. Prepare equipment as requested and perform housekeeping duties to maintain order and cleanliness throughout the facility. Attend facility meetings as required. Complete these duties while standing for extended periods and performing balancing, kneeling, and lifting tasks.
