Physical Therapy Assistant - PER DIEM

Per Diem Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the Rehabilitative Services department. Provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, participates in Care Plan and Interdisciplinary Rehab meetings, supports department QA/TQI programs, ensures infection-control-compliant department conditions, documents interventions, communicates with PT and DOR, and may supervise support staff. Emphasis on clinical reasoning in treatment planning and resident progress, collaboration with multidisciplinary team, and maintaining resident dignity in a long-term care setting. Requires PTA program graduation and PA PTA license; long-term care experience is a plus. Shifts are per diem at the Rouse Estate in Youngsville, PA.
