Join Integrity Home Care + Hospice as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a Per Diem role, providing hands-on care in the comfort of clients' homes. You'll develop individualized care plans, assess progress, and offer compassionate support to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current PTA license
- Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- At least one year's work experience under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
