Job Summary
Provide rehabilitation therapy procedures to patients under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist. Assist with patients and caregiver education. This part-time outpatient role at Ludington Hospital requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program, a valid Michigan driver's license, and Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of hire. Shifts are scheduled 4 hours daily from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

- LIC-Physical Therapist Assistant - STATE_MI State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
