Job Summary
Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy treatments under Supervising Physical Therapist goals and develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients' caregivers. Collaborate and coordinate care between various providers and disciplines while completing a minimum number of weekly patient visits. Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs, and adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws for home-health pediatric physical therapy. Maintain understanding of agency standards through regular meetings with personnel and perform all duties in compliance with policies. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas
- innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- 3+ years as a pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a home-health setting
