Utilize evidence-based practice to provide skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision. Assess patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments as needed. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. Submit input to the supervisor for discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
