Physical Therapy Assistant - Inpatient Therapy Services

Implement medically prescribed physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist, carrying out individualized therapy for patients in the SNF/LTC facility. Utilize appropriate resources to provide sensitive, personal care while adhering to the Plan of Care documented by the evaluating Physical Therapist. Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality, interpret policies for patients and families, and participate in peer feedback and quality improvement processes. Maintain fiscal responsibility and meet targeted key performance indicators. Requires an Associate's Degree, NPTE licensure, and state-specific PT Assistant licenses.
