Utilize evidence-based practice to provide skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision. Assess and document patient progress while communicating with the supervising therapist to adjust treatments accordingly. Deliver consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and service providers regarding physical disorders, and provide input for discharge summaries per regulatory requirements. This role supports clinical excellence programs offering specialty certification paid for by the employer and includes licensure reimbursement after one year.
