Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy care as a primary member of the treatment team; implement and progress the plan of care in collaboration with physicians and staff; document patient information for records; assist with training Physical Therapy Technicians; maintain patient confidentiality; adhere to OSHA and infection control policies; communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers; participate in a team-based approach to patient care; occasional community travel for patient-related activities; requires an Associate’s Degree in PTA and current state PTA certification; minimum one year outpatient PT experience; located at The CORE Institute Peoria/Sun City area clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program
- Current state PTA certification
- Minimum of one year experience in an out-patient Physical Therapy clinic or equivalent experience
