Physical Therapy Assistant in Home Health for Providence serving the Beaverton and Portland areas. Works full-time on days (8:00 am–4:30 pm) under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic services and activities to patients in their homes, helping them maintain or improve independence.
