Job Summary
Provide therapy assistance in home health to help patients reach recovery goals. Support PTs during therapy sessions to improve patient mobility and functional outcomes. Utilize AI-supported tools to document therapy outcomes efficiently while prioritizing hands-on, patient-centered care and meaningful interactions. Travel to service areas including Balboa Island, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Lake Forest, Newport Beach, and Tustin to deliver home-based PT services. Emphasize reducing documentation burden while maintaining compliance with care standards and ensuring timely, accurate session notes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting
- Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
