Job Summary
Provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients maintain or improve their level of independence while working in home health settings. Assist patients in the Portland and Beaverton area where they are most comfortable, fostering relationships with a diverse population. Maintain licensure and complete required BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
