Job Summary
Provide treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions to assist adult and geriatric patients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being. Perform home health visits in territories throughout Keene, NH under the delegation of a licensed Physical Therapist. Maintain current licensure or certification in New Hampshire and possess at least one year of work experience under qualified supervision. Schedule is full-time or part-time with per-visit compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Have current licensure or certification in the state of New Hampshire
- Have graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Have one year of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Have a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service
- Have at least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
