Job Summary
Provide treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions to assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being for adult and geriatric patients in Williston, Vermont. Perform visits on a per visit basis across Franklin County territories as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist. Maintain current Vermont licensure and at least one year of supervised work experience. Base pay ranges from $35 to $41 per hour depending on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification in the state of Vermont
- Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (indicated by school transcript or diploma)
- One year of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) AND a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service (for initial qualification before December 31, 1977)
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
