Physical Therapy Assistant

Provide physical therapy services directly to patients under the supervision of an onsite physical therapist, developing and executing treatment programs and procedures. Coordinate patient care by discussing plans with the physical therapist and other staff while educating patients and families on care goals and safety. Communicate professionally with patients, family members, and staff, and document patient visits and reports in the electronic medical record. Assist with other staff duties to ensure the clinic runs well and remains clean. Requires a current Utah Physical Therapy Assistant License, BLS certification, and graduation from an accredited program; prior experience in physical therapy, chiropractic, or medical fields is preferred.
