Physical Therapy Assistant

Execute patient care components including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation as directed by the physical therapist. Teach patients and families home exercises to ensure understanding and compliance, while observing and documenting responses to adjust treatments and report progress. Maintain accurate patient records, schedule appointments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet specific needs. Requires an Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, current state license, and current BCLS certificate. Available for day shifts at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS.
