Job Summary
Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy treatments under Supervising Physical Therapist goals and develop home exercise programs with patients' caregivers. Collaborate with various providers to coordinate care, complete weekly patient visits, and meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs. Adhere to agency policies and federal, state, and local laws governing home-health pediatric physical therapy. Maintain understanding of expectations through regular meetings with agency personnel. Requires an active Texas license, bilingual skills, and flexibility to shift priorities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and 3+ years pediatric experience are preferred. Mileage reimbursement and continuing education opportunities are provided.
Required Qualifications
- current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas
- innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
