Job Summary
Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and promote healing under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Administer skilled PT services per physician orders, respond to service requests, implement and modify plans of care, and document thoroughly in compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and participate in required meetings. In-house rehab with flexible schedules; SNF/long-term care experience preferred. Texas PTA license in good standing; Net Health EHR experience a plus. New graduates welcome to apply.
