Physical Therapy Assistant - Full-Time

Job Summary
Provide medically prescribed physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life. Administer treatments, implement and modify plans of care, measure motor function and muscle performance, respond to service requests, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Role requires active PTA license in Texas and involves in-house rehabilitation for a Skilled Nursing Facility; prior long-term care experience and familiarity with Net Health electronic documentation are preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- SNF or long-term care experience preferred
- Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices
- Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
- Ability to manage patients with varying personalities and needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- In-house Rehab (non-contracted)
