Job Summary
Provide medically prescribed physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility/long-term care setting. Administer and modify PT plans of care, record functional measures, respond to service requests, educate patients and families, ensure timely documentation, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and support regulatory compliance. New graduates are welcome to apply for this Full-Time PTA role in Plano, TX with in-house rehab and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license
- In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Experience with SNF or long-term care preferred
- Knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices
- Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
