Physical Therapy Assistant (East Dallas - Balch Springs/Pleasant Grove)

Implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders for pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses while providing in-home therapy services. Engage with families to communicate regular updates on goals and maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting care provided and treatment plan changes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment strategies. Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with PT Supervisor/team leads to discuss patient progress and refine care approaches. Requires a valid Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license, current BLS/CPR, and reliable transportation.
