Job Summary
Support physical therapists in therapy sessions focused on improving patient mobility while using AI tools to efficiently document outcomes. Provide hands-on, compassionate care to patients and streamline clinical notes to reduce documentation burdens. Minimize distractions from paperwork to focus on meaningful interactions during care delivery. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, one year of experience in home care or rehabilitation, and an active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Compensation ranges from $33.40 to $41.25 per hour with additional opportunities for shift differentials and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting
- Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment
- National Provider BLS certification
- American Heart Association certification
