Conduct thorough patient evaluations using goniometry, manual muscle testing, and functional assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques like Graston and Dry Needling, and modalities to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs while documenting progress accurately in Epic Hyperspace. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants in a 1:1 ratio to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate treatment for a diverse population ranging from young adults to seniors. Stay current with orthopedic advancements through continuing education and contribute to departmental growth, including upcoming services like Blood Flow Restriction therapy.
