Job Summary
Provide rehabilitation care to residents by implementing treatment plans outlined by the supervising therapist and performing necessary clinical documentation. Screen all residents according to directed schedules, participate in center-directed processes, and maintain accurate billing records. Offer feedback on clinical issues to the designated supervisor and show effective management of treatment and non-treatment activities. Complete in-service training programs as requested and may travel to other facilities for limited services. Work full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts in Newton, MA, earning between $30 and $45 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
- Current and Active Physical Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer-experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation
- Prefer knowledge in governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings
