Provide rehabilitation care to residents within general accepted practice methods, implementing treatment plans outlined by the supervising therapist. Screen all residents according to directed schedules and practices, while performing necessary clinical documentation and maintaining accurate billing records to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting agency requirements. Participate in all center-directed processes, in-service training programs, and provide feedback to the designated supervisor on clinical issues.
